At the moment, we deliver within Egypt only within 2-5 business days.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within the timeframe communicated at checkout or upon confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and order volume, but we always aim to deliver your order as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you may receive a shipping confirmation or delivery update through the contact details provided with your order.

If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on official holidays or non-working days.
