REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We hope you love your piece, but if something is not right, we are here to help.

  • We accept refund or exchange requests within 14 calendar days from the date your order is received inside Egypt. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition, with all original packaging included.

  • For hygiene and quality reasons, any item that shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

  • Refunds and exchanges are only approved once the returned piece has been received and inspected by our team.

  • Shipping and delivery fees are non refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or the error was on our side.

  • If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the item received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the case promptly.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
