Refund & Exchange

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. The piece must be unworn, in its original Mulk packaging, and in the same condition it arrived.

To start a return, message us on Instagram or email us directly. We typically respond within a few hours.

Exchanges are subject to availability. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once we receive the piece back.

Pieces showing signs of wear, perfume exposure, or missing packaging cannot be returned. We trust you'll understand — every piece is meant to arrive to its next owner as new.
